We have signed up with Reimbursify to try to help defray the cost of cash-based services. This allows us to submit a superbill for medical services directly to your insurance company. If you are eligible for out of network (OON) benefits then you would get a reimbursement sent directly to you from your insurance company. This depends on your individual coverage, your deductible, and what the insurance company sets as their “maximum allowable amount” for office-based services. Our visits are typically longer than what insurance is designed to cover.

This program should allow us to submit the superbills on your behalf and take the logistical headache submission forms away. This is a new program to me, and I’ll welcome any feedback on whether you start getting reimbursements back.
